Rebar Cutting Machine 55

The Baylorr C55 is a high-capacity rebar cutting machine designed for projects where standard cutters reach their limit. It cuts round bars up to 50mm and deformed bars up to 45mm at 32 cuts per minute, driven by a 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) motor on 380V three-phase supply. The reinforced blade housing provides the extra torque needed to shear thick, high-tensile steel bars cleanly and consistently. Suited for heavy infrastructure projects — bridges, flyovers, and large foundation works — as well as prefabrication plants requiring continuous high-speed cutting of oversized reinforcement.
