The Baylorr High-Frequency Concrete Vibrator Converter is an 8.8 kW, 380V power converter that drives up to three vibrator heads simultaneously at up to 12,000 RPM — significantly reducing compaction time on large pours. Output frequency runs from 100 to 200 Hz across three-phase 200 Hz output at 40A rated current, compatible with 40mm, 50mm, and 60mm head diameters covering vibrating ranges of 50, 75, and 110 cm respectively. At 17 kg, it is portable enough for site repositioning without equipment. The enclosure is IP65-rated for full dust and water resistance, with leakage protection, overheat protection, and a start/stop safety system for safe extended operation.
